Welcome to Onyra (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website located at [www.onyra.com] (the “Site”) and the purchase or use of products offered through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site or purchase products.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are legally permitted to purchase the products in your jurisdiction

2. Products & Intended Use

Onyra offers intimate wellness and personal care products intended for lawful adult use only.

You agree that:

  • Products will be used only as intended and in accordance with provided instructions
  • You will review all ingredients prior to use
  • You will perform appropriate patch testing for topical products when applicable
  • You assume responsibility for proper storage and handling

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onyra disclaims liability for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, misuse, improper storage, or use contrary to product instructions.

By purchasing from Onyra, you assume full responsibility for use of the products.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities purchased, correct pricing or typographical errors, or cancel orders suspected of fraud.

Payment must be received before shipment. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

We currently sell and ship products only within the United States. We do not offer international sales at this time.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

Onyra is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Packages marked delivered but lost or stolen
  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect address information

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Abuse promotional offers
  • Engage in refund abuse or excessive return activity
  • Initiate chargebacks without first contacting customer support
  • Attempt to interfere with Site security or operation

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onyra disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or any product, including allergic reactions, delivery delays, lost packages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onyra from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of products, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.

12. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration (New York)

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any products purchased from Onyra (each, a “Dispute”) shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

The arbitration will be administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider, and will be conducted in New York, New York, unless the parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator shall have authority to award any relief available in court on an individual basis.

12.1 Class Action Waiver

You and Onyra agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of class, collective, or representative proceeding.

12.2 Time Limit to Bring Claims

To the extent permitted by law, any Dispute must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises; otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. SMS Marketing (Future Program)

Onyra may offer an SMS/text messaging program in the future. If and when you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages at the mobile number you provide.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

15. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
