At Onyra, we curate intimate and personal care products with the highest standards of quality and discretion. Due to the personal nature of many of our products, we maintain strict hygiene policies to protect all customers.
Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Hygiene & Safety Policy — Final Sale Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once opened:
- Intimate devices or accessories
- Lotions, oils, lubricants, ointments, or topical products
- Consumable or absorbable personal care items
- Any product with a broken seal or opened packaging
Any item that shows signs of use, tampering, or altered packaging will not be eligible for refund. These restrictions are strictly enforced to ensure product integrity and customer safety.
2. Returns — Unopened Items Only
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided that:
- The product remains sealed in its original packaging
- All protective seals are intact
- The item is unused and in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase is provided
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Returned items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the customer.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@onyra.com and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Upon verification, we may offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund to the original payment method
We reserve the right to request return of the defective item prior to issuing a refund.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for processing
- Additional time depending on your financial institution
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
Onyra is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect address entry may be subject to reshipment fees.
6. Allergic Reactions & Product Use
Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and usage instructions prior to purchase.
Onyra is not liable for:
- Individual allergic reactions or sensitivities
- Misuse or improper storage of products
- Outcomes resulting from use contrary to provided instructions
We recommend performing a patch test when using new topical products.
7. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
Onyra reserves the right to deny refunds or returns in cases of:
- Suspected fraud
- Policy abuse
- Excessive return activity
- Returned items that have been used or tampered with
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in account restrictions or denial of future purchases.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened intimate or personal care products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
